This summer we are inviting talented and celebrated Chef, Alexander Suastegui from Mexico City to join us for a one week residency with Chef Deb on Salt Spring Island. Their week of visiting local farms, markets and cooking in the Dos Amores kitchen will culminate in two back-to-back dinners in collaboration with Chef Deb.
